RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
FULL PRICED ITEMS:
We will happily exchange or refund any full-priced purchase, providing the following conditions have been met:
1. Items are to be returned with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase.
2. Items must be in original condition as purchased, unworn, unwashed, with swingtag attached.
Due to hygiene reasons, we strictly do not offer any returns or exchanges on our underpants. Please contact us if you are unsure of your size.
We do not offer refunds on sale items. We do, however, offer an exchange for another size or style (pending stock availability), or for a credit note which will be valid for 12 months. A sale item is any item that is marked down on the site and time of purchase. This does not include items that are reduced with the use of a discount code.
PROCESS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
1. Please email us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your parcel to request a refund/exchange, outlining your reasons.
2. Post item, with its original packaging, to the following address:

3. If you are requesting an exchange, please provide a prepaid post satchel for the new item to be sent to you.
4. Your refund/ exchange may take up to 5 working days to be processed. We will keep you notified
of any progress via email.
In the rare event of a fault with your item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Occasionally parcels will go missing in the post. Please ensure you fill out your postal address correctly when making a purchase. We cannot accept responsibility for a missing parcel if the address provided was incorrect. If the fault is with the postal/courier service then there will be an investigation but this may take several weeks to sort out.
